Returns & Refunds

At EastRidge, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or general dissatisfaction.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the case of:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that are defective

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
